About Me

Hem of Love was created to expand the hopes and dreams of women who have experienced mental, physical, and emotional abuse. Our mission is to educate, support, and empower women facing mental health challenges while reminding them they are not alone and but they belong.
Hem of Love provides updated information on community resources for women and their loved ones. We are committed to creating a space rooted in love, respect, and restoration — a place where women of all ages can rebuild confidence, strengthen self-esteem, and rediscover their worth.
Our organization offers guidance and connections to services related to mental health, homelessness, unemployment, and other personal challenges women may be facing. Through compassion, education, and faith, Hem of Love seeks to help women move toward wholeness and healing.
Hem of Love is inspired by Matthew 9:21–22: “For she said within herself, If I may but touch His garment, I shall be whole. But Jesus turned Him about, and when He saw her, He said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.”
